2. Marketplace Platform & Multi-Vendor Services

Bengol Bazaar is a multi-vendor online marketplace. Products listed on the platform are sold by independent verified merchants ("Vendors"). Bengol Bazaar facilitates the transactions, payments via Razorpay, and customer support between buyers and sellers.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST taxes.
• Payments are securely processed via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• Bengol Bazaar reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or out-of-stock items, with a full refund issued immediately.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timelines vary based on the vendor's location and the delivery pincode. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days across India.

5. Customer Rights & Account Deletion

Users have full control over their accounts and data. Customers can permanently delete their account and associated data directly from the Profile Settings page at any time.
